This is what our volunteer page looks like during the season. For now, we need parents to step up and volunteer for the Quarterback Club Committee as we get ready for our boys’ next amazing season.

This Week’s Needs

As outlined in the emailed Team Bulletin

• There is a position for EVERY schedule. Please share the load of our team responsibilities by signing up HERE.
• We need CHAINS HELP for all home games for Varsity and C Team. **We encourage the
  parents of our younger team to help with varsity games and our varsity parents to
  volunteer with our younger team. Sign up HERE.
• Please consider signing up to help with our senior committee for senior night and
  end-of-season banquet planner. Go to our Volunteer list which is attached to the emailed Team Bulletins or contact us here.

• Chains crew of 3 people for every home game.
• Help to inflate our helmet tunnel before each game.
• Help to hang senior & sponsor banners on track fence before the game and remove them after the game.
• Program sales – before game and during halftime.

Photographer for C Team Games

We are currently seeking a volunteer photographer for our C Team committed to supporting our younger team by capturing their hard work, dedication, and memorable moments throughout the season. This is a great opportunity to build your photography portfolio and give back to your community by supporting local youth sports. If you or someone you know is interested, please contact us.

Game Filmers

Urgent

Coach needs volunteers to help film our football games. We have a camera we can use and this is a critical need we have. Volunteers would need to film the game from the press box area. Please let Coach know if you would like to volunteer.

Away Game Meal Coordinator

This volunteer position calls vendors to arrange a quick meal for our players/coaches/managers after away games such as sandwiches, pizza, burritos, etc. This can be set up well in advance of our away games as our game schedule is set.

Team Dinner Help

Before every varsity football game, we serve a team dinner to our players, coaching staff, and managers.  We ask for side dish donations (our organization pays for the main meal) and need at least 4 volunteers to help serve the meal during team dinners from 5:30 – 7 pm. These gatherings involve shared meals where teammates have an opportunity to relax, connect on a personal level, and strengthen their relationships off the field.  This is a great way to get to know your coaching staff, fellow football families, and players during this cohesive team environment.

Special thanks to the Quarterback Club, affectionately known as QBC Club – a core group of volunteers who generate the Warriors Football Weekly, update the calendar and website, send out important notices, spearhead fundraising, maintain the photographic record of games and events, and keep everything going smoothly for coaches and parents.
