What you can expect during the off-season
Weight Lifting and Training
Typically, Speed, Performance, and Athletic Development sessions (SPA) occur 3 times per week. You can go to the COMING UP page on this website to see the specifics and the TEAM CALENDAR to import the calendar entries for Summer activities. If your player is not in a spring sport they are highly encouraged to attend these sessions to prepare for the upcoming football season.
Football Camps and 7 on 7 / O-Line Comps

Communications
PARENTS: Communication is very important for our program. Head Coach Carlson will communicate with parents via email for now so please read the regular email bulletins as they will have events and other information that is important for you to know. Sign up to receive coach’s emails by filling in the contact form HERE.
PLAYERS: Hudl will be used for film review and playbook. Players should have received an invite to this app. Please let Head Coach Aaron Carlson know if the invite needs to be resent.
